Eric Lensink and Pieter Baas were members of the Dutch band La Grande Bouffe. After seeing a legendary show in Paradiso of Herman brood & His Wild Romance they decided on a musical rerouting. Both friends and songwriters they took their money to the Pineapple Studio in Andijk were Steve Philips recorded six of their songs. Assisted by Koos Blauw, a seasoned pro in the regional Top-40 circuit on drums and Efti Eftichides, Piet's highschool friend singing his tail off they produced a red hot tape of R&R originals. The demo was well recieved, got good reviews in the Dutch musicpress and launched the career of Eldorado Heat, The Eldorados and their members. Bas de Vries joined on drums and the next years were spent playing the Dutch rockscene. Featured here are four songs recorded that day and some shots of the session. Play loud!
